Key Responsibilities:
- Open new brokerage and outside investment accounts.
- Answer client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with scheduling client and financial advisor meetings using Wealthbox.
- Process move money requests (ACH, Fed-Wires, IRA Distributions, etc.).
- Support daily office operations to ensure seamless workflows.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and assist with financial transactions.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
What Makes YOU Great:
- 3+ years of experience in the financial field.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Team-focused with a desire to help and learn.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Series 7 license preferred (but not required).
